4. The offer is applicable to customers who connect to MTV Mobile and top up with €20 or more at the MTV Mobile Outlet, at the Embassy Complex, Valletta during the Offer period as per Term 3 above.
5. Any customer joining MTV Mobile as per Terms 3 and 4 above will be eligible for an iPod shuffle (1GB).
6. Only one (1) iPod per new customer can be redeemed in conjunction with this Offer.
7. The top up required in conjunction with this Offer as per Term 4 above, should be made via retail top up at the MTV Mobile Outlet, at the Embassy Complex, Valletta. No other form of top up will be accepted in conjunction with this Offer.
8. The FREE gift given in conjunction with this offer is neither transferable for cash, nor exchangeable for any another gift available in conjunction with this and any other Offer.
