1. The MTV Mobile Plan is owned and operated by Mobisle Communications Ltd ('GO mobile').
2. Access to the benefits of the MTV Mobile Plan and the services available through it is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this service, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not subscribe to the MTV Mobile Service/Plan.
3. The MTV Mobile Plan is an extension of the Pay As You GO service, also owned by GO mobile. All Terms and Conditions that apply to Pay As You GO are applicable to MTV Mobile Service/Plan.
4. The MTV Mobile Plan is considered as specific group of users or community with a specific mobile usage profile which is distinct from those of other Pay As You GO mobile customers. This means that as a specific user group, MTV Mobile customers will benefit from advantageous voice calls, video calls and/or SMS rates towards other MTV Mobile users. However different rates may apply for voice calls, video calls and/or SMS made outside this user group.
5. Existing GO mobile Customers may migrate from any other Pay As You GO tariff plan to the MTV Mobile Service/Plan in one of the following ways by visiting:
• The MTV Mobile Outlet in Valletta; or
• Any authorised GO dealer; or
• Any GO Outlet in Malta and Gozo.
6. Migrations to the MTV Mobile Plan are free of charge. However GO mobile reserves the right to charge for migrations (except for the first migration) or establish a period during which no migration can occur between MTV Mobile Plan and other Pay As You GO Tariff Plans.

8. MTV to MTV voice and video calls are quoted and charged in chunks of 60 minutes. After 60 minutes the call will be automatically terminated.
9. The FREE calls can be used towards 1 GO mobile subscriber who is on the GO Students’ Tariff Plan and are limited to 100 FREE minutes. To register the preferred GO mobile student number, send an SMS to 50700251.
10. The SMS Bundle options can be purchased separately at an additional charge and are valid for 30 days. There are two types of SMS bundles available:
• €3 for 300 SMS to MTV subscribers - simply send an SMS with the code MTV300 to 4433. To check the remaining balance, send a blank SMS to 50700244 (1 SMS is deducted from the bundle, if bundle is used up or is not active cost is € 0.05).
• €6 for 300 SMS to other local networks – simply send an SMS with the code ALL300 to 4433. To check the remaining balance, send a blank SMS to 50700245 (1 SMS is deducted from the bundle, if bundle is used up or is not active cost is € 0.05).

11. The International calling option can be purchased separately at an additional cost of €2 and is valid for 30 days. Customers will benefit from a cheaper call rate of €0.14 per seconds. To purchase the international calling option, send the zone number to 50700262. This offer is only applicable to Zones 1, 2 and 3.

12. The charges specified in the Tariff Plan Guide are for local usage, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of VAT.
13. Different charges apply while roaming. Click here for further details on the roaming charges.
14. Subscribers to the MTV Mobile Plan will be disconnected from the network if no chargeable event is carried out in a period of 365 days. A chargeable event can be any event or service resulting in a decrease in the prepaid credit account or bundles. If a Customer carries out a chargeable event, the 365 day period shall start afresh. For example, if the Customer makes a chargeable voice call, the 365 day period starts running from the day the call is made.
15. Existing GO mobile customers migrating to the MTV Mobile Plan understand that the MTV Mobile Plan is different from any other Pay As You GO tariff plan and as such will no longer benefit from any or all of the following, where the case applies:
• Any free talk-time towards GO mobile number acquired through GO mobile's Offers;
• The 400 free monthly mobile minutes shared with a community of other GO mobile customers as part of Home Pack;
• Any remaining balance of unutilised voice minutes acquired through the purchase of a voice bundle on the Base Plan;
• Any remaining balance of unutilised SMS acquired through the purchase of an SMS Bundle.
16. New customers subscribing directly to the MTV Mobile Plan fully understand that the MTV Mobile Plan is different from any other Pay As You GO tariff plan and as such cannot benefit from the 400 free monthly mobile minutes shared with a community of other GO mobile customers as part of Home Pack.
17. Existing GO mobile customers migrating to the MTV Mobile Plan or new customers subscribing directly to the MTV Mobile Plan fully understand that the MTV Mobile Plan is different from any other Pay As You GO tariff plan and as such cannot benefit from any Offer applicable to GO mobile customers on other Pay As You GO tariff plans. The same applies to customers on other Pay As You GO tariff plans with respect to Offers solely available to subscribers to the MTV Mobile Plan.
18. Existing GO mobile customers migrating to the MTV Mobile Plan fully understand that the MTV Mobile Plan is different from any other Pay As You GO tariff plan and as such cannot carry forward any remaining balance in their main account upon migration to the MTV Mobile Plan. The same applies to customers migrating back to any other Pay As You GO tariff plans.
19. GO mobile will use its best endeavours to provide a prompt and continuing service, however you hereby acknowledge that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of such a service.
20. GO mobile cannot accept responsibility for offers related to the provision of its services other than those specified in its own advertisements and publications.
21. Any information provided by GO mobile at the time of registration is considered to be correct. GO mobile reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving 30 days' prior notice. Should you not accept such modification, you have the right to withdraw from the service without penalty. Any changes governing the Pay As You GO Talk & Text service shall come into effect immediately and shall be communicated through GO Mobile's website and/or through the relevant, new Pay As You GO Talk & Text literature.
22. GO mobile processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO mobile will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to the law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO mobile.
23. GO mobile takes your privacy seriously and is committed to managing your personal data transparently and fairly. You acknowledge and agree that GO mobile will retain your personal data, traffic data and other related data in line with any applicable Data Retention obligations; and in the case of traffic and billing data of paid and uncontested bills for no longer than one year (the term) after the bill due is paid and settled in full. You agree that any action for contesting the bill will be solely and exclusively available during this term.
You also agree and consent that your personal data, traffic data and communications data relating to your use of the electronic communications service will be retained and processed in line with the applicable Data Protection legislation and that GO mobile may disclose any of this:
a. between the subsidiaries of GO p.l.c. Group and other third parties for the purpose of providing better value and services in particular on the electronic communications services or other services as might be provided by the Group. The Group commits to preserve all your rights as data subject at all times; and
b. if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that any such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce the terms of the Agreement, respond to claims that any use of the Services violates the rights of third parties, or otherwise to protect the rights, property or personal safety of GO p.l.c. Group and its subsidiaries, its users and the public.
